"discuss about", "study about" and else; mistakes with prepositions? Do "discuss about" and "study about" sound very unnatural to you and if you see it, you would immediately want to change it? And do natives speakers ever make mistakes with prepositions?

Native speakers don't make mistakes, they speak variations of standard dialect. Most English dialect variations do not change standard preposition use very much.
