The number of master keys is shown as follows:
1. 3 nos of grand master key
2. 8 nos of master key for e&m rooms How to use shall & should? | "Please be advise..." - this sounds very Eastern EFL. You are attempting to use the passive in the wrong context - formal/polite to imitate Chinese/Japanese usage. It should be "Please be advised..." by the way.
The correct polite usage in English is different:
"May I remind you that the master door keys should be provided to us?" |
