Default Usage of Word

Kindly assist me to use

"Everyone or Everybody" - I mean to say when shall I use everyone and everybody while using the sentence.

Dear

I know everyone = everybody. I need to know when do we use everyone or everybody in the sentence...

Suppose I met everybody in the office or I met everyone in the office. which sounds better?
