could you please tell me which articles I should use when generally explaining a legal regulation?
A notice given by an employer is provided for in the provisions of Section § 46et seq. of the Labour Code. A notice given by an employee is provided for in the provisions of Section 51 of the Labour Code. While the employer may give notice to an employee only by precisely defined reasons, the employee may give notice of termination of the employment relationship without stating a reason. The employer is further limited by the fact that he cannot give notice to an employee under certain circumstances anticipated by law, although there are reasons stated in the provisions of Section 46 of the Labour Code.
Thank you very much.
It's hard to generalise, but here, they seem OK as they move from general to specific, using the indefinite for the first mention, then moving to the definite.
