confused - phrasal verbs

Hi all, i still feel i become more and more confused with phrasal verbs mainly in conection with distinction of the types of phrasal verbs.
For instance what about "lock in"
Supposing this phrasal verb (next only "pv") is separable, so i can put an object either between the verb and the preposition or after the pv. But if use this pv with futher information that is for example "in house" what will the form of the sentence be like??
By accident I locked my old dog in in a house....
or
By accident I locked my old dog in to a house....
or
By accident I locked my old dog in a house.... [if this form is correct then why?]
and [with an object after the preposition]:
By accident I locked in my old dog in a house....
or
By accident I locked in my old dog to a house....
A next phrasal verb is "talk into":
Is this phrasal verb separable? Can I put an object after prepostion? If yes, how will the next structure of a sentence look like ?
A sample:
Probably wrong: I talked into my friend the cheat.
or
This is probably the most correct, puting the object betveen: I talked my friend into the cheat.
The opposite pv in this case is "talk out (of)". But this is for me easier, in a view that the pv is separable and I use the preposition "of" for separating words. I can use both structures Eg.: I talked out my friend of the cheat. or I talked my friend out of the cheat.

You can have 'in in', but you might just say 'I locked my dog in the house'.
Talk into- you must separate- I talked my friend into cheating.
