| Thanks Tdol for your answer; do you know if the sentences are grammatically correct? "Another expense is the workmen." This seems fine to me, but I'm not sure about: "Another expense is that they hire workmen." |

| Why not reverse the order: Workmen are abother expense. Hiring workmen is another expense. These seem more natural to my ears, though yours are grammatically correct. |
