She,who raced against able-bodied skiers, came in 10th. In 1988 the U.S. Olympic Committee named her Female Skier of the Year over all other racers, including able-bodied skiers. Choose the acceptable sentence(s) that can replace the sentence “She,who raced against able-bodied skiers, came in 10th.” a.) She came in 10th, racing against able-bodied skiers. b.) Racing against able-bodied skiers, she came in 10th. c.) She, racing against able-bodied skiers, came in 10th. What would be the correct answer(s)? Anyone knows?

They're all possible, though a&b sound more natural to me.

Agreed. The last one would sound natural only in a context where there is contrastive stress: "Both Amy and her husband took part in the race. She, racing against able-bodied skiers, came in 10th. He, on the other hand, trailed in 19th." b
