Note that "Querry" is spelled 'query', Kundan.

The grammar of your sentence is fine. The meaning that I take it to have is a rather literary, "I was thinking of you".

You won't say 'I was in tought of you'.
The correct form is
'I was thinking of you'

Or 'you were in my thoughts'.
