can you help me? The explanation of this headline: " In for the long haul"
It is about companies which are investing in africa, despite of the difficulties there. How can I explain this headline with my own words, thanks

It means 'to be willing to continue doing a task until it is finished'


So, you can say, The companies are going to face a lot of troubles while carrying on their activities in Africa.
