Question 'company-specific uncertainty' vs 'specific uncertainty of a company'

Hi! everyone. I'd like to ask one question. Any one can tell me what I wrote is right.
"company-specific uncertainty" -- I think the phrase is right, but I don't know the following express the same meaning.
" specific uncertainty of a company"

"company-specific uncertainty" and "specific uncertainty of a company" don't mean the same.

company specific uncertainty means, each company has its own uncertainty: it is specific to each company.

specific uncertainty of a company means one specific uncertainty of a company.

if you want to get the same meaning use it like this:
uncertainty specific of a company
