| We enjoy many freedoms such as liberty and justice. (Is "as liberty and justice" a prep. phrase?) If not, what is it? Stephanie's mother brought in drinks and cookies. I'm pretty sure that "in drinks and cookies" is not--but what is it? Thanks for you help! |

| 'Such as' is regarded as an adjective by some: http://www.onelook.com/?w=such+as&ls=a while others call it an idiom: http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=such+as&r=66 'In' goes with the verb 'bring'- it's a phrasal verb and the 'drinks and cookies are just the object- what was brought in. |
