help on prepositions

The meeting will start ON thursday morning AT 9am AT the Paris office just OFF the Rue de Rivoli.Mr.Sheldon will talk about current problems and future plans FOR expansion....

We´re attending a seminar IN a small town ON the Costa Brava IN Spain AT Easter...

You arrive IN New York AT JFK AT 8.50.
