Hi, is this sentence correct:
After the goods are removed from the warehouse for domestic consumption is duty to be paid on the bonded goods.
Is this a question? If so I'd transpose the clauses and say "Is duty to be paid on the bonded goods after the goods are removed from the warehouse for domestic consumption?".
Or is it a statement that duty will be due? If so I'd transpose the words "is" and "duty": "After the goods are removed from the warehouse for domestic consumption duty is to be paid on the bonded goods".
Or is it a constraint on when the duty is due? If so I'd add "only" and say: "Only after the goods are removed from the warehouse for domestic consumption is duty to be paid on the bonded goods".
thanks, it was not a question, my fault, thanks
