help! I wanna know the sibling rank of my friend... How will I ask it? Aside from, " Are you the eldest or youngest?"...Is there another way? also I wanna know the president's rank ( in order) Is she the 4th president? But I don't wanna use the ordinal terms...just wonderin'. thanks!

English does not have a word to ask for a specific rank. You must ask which president Polk was.
