Unhappy pronoun reference or pronoun agreement

Neither of those girls appreciates theirs parents sacrifices.
I need to replace the wrong pronoun with either a pronoun reference or pronoun agreement. please help.

Neither suggests two girls. So I guess it should be changed into
Neither of those girls appreciates her parents' sacrifices.
