Default English language history

Please, could you tell me about the nine words related to topography that come from Celtic language? Which are these words? I'm doing a research about English language history, and if you could help me it would be very good.
Thank you.
Garden

Think of words in your native language that describe topography. Try thinking of common words like hill, river, stream, mountain, valley, etc. Then get out your textbooks and dictionaries and do your own homework.

It may involve less page-turning if you visit http://www.etymonline.com/ . Or maybe there's a web-site that is devoted just to Celtic - have a browse.

A rather less sterile/onerous approach would be to try a book such as Stephenson (ed.) Words or Robert McCrum's The Roots of English. I believe Melvyn Bragg wrote a similar book more recently.
