Default such as

Hi, I have to explain something and there is only one example.
Could you tell me if it is OK to give only one example after "such as" (like "colors such as red")?

Should I always give two or more examples, like "such as A and B"?
If it is not OK, is there any other way to give only one example except for "including"?
(Because I have already used it in the same sentence and don't want to repeat it.)

Thank you!
