    Default meeting of minds

    Hi,
Could you say me what does it mean:
    In connection with a contract:
"There must be a meeting of minds"
    thanks

    Hi me78
    .
"Meeting of the minds" is an idiom that means agreement.
So your sentence just means that everyone must agree (about whatever the sentence refers to).

and how can you say it in a different way:
1)"There must be an intention to create legal relations"
and 2) why dealt in and not only dealt on the stock market

    thanks

    Hi me78
    .
1)"There must be an intention to create legal relations"
--> I'd understand "legal relations" to be a reference to a relationship that is legally binding/recognized legally. Maybe the word "intention" is a reference to a letter of intent? (It's a little hard to reword without the whole context and it also doesn't seem as though it needs rewording to me.)
    .
    2) why dealt in and not only dealt on the stock market
--> Because "to deal in" is a standard word partnership (phrasal verb).

the first one is before concluding a contract, what kind of reguirements...
I will say easy: the parties must be able or willing to undertake themselves for any legal relations.
    thank you so much....

The skimming strategy involves setting a high initial price for a new product to appeal to the high-income segment of a particular market. The idea is usually to lower the price later on when competitors have 1) moved in or when it is desired 2) to tap the lower and of the market.

    1) "move in" means that the competitors are within the market and not outside, does it?
    2) "the lower and of the market" ?
