Default Different between these

would anybody explain the different between the direct object in this sentence
Subject + Verb + Indirect Object + Direct Object
The fisherman sends him a package.
Subject + Verb + Object + Complement
I keep the room warm.
Please explain the difference between these two sentences pattern
As i am bit confuse between them
please anybody help me

The fisherman sent a package and a man received it, so there are two things involved- what was sent and the recipient. In the second, there's just the room and the adjective modifies the room in terms of temperature.

Actually i want to know difference between this sentence pattern
i find that these two sentence pattern seem to similar in character

Subject + Verb + Indirect Object + Direct Object

Subject + Verb + Object + Complement
