"for" "over" "on" How are "for" "over" "on" different in the following sentences.
1. a) He is rebuked for misbehavor
b) He is rebuked over misbehavor
c) He is rebuked on misbehavior
2. a) He is taken to court for corruption
b) He is taken to court over corruption
c) He is taken to court on corruption
3. a) He is arrested for corruption allegations
b) He is arrested over corruption allegations
c) He is arrested on corruption allegations

In the others' 'for' seems more direct than 'over'.

1-) to be rebuked for and over is some similar in meanings(both express reason) but
to be rebuked on+ situation or event
be taken to court for/over and on+situation (similar to first example)
3- I think "for" is true for the verb "arrest"
