In this sentence "There is not between HIM and HER" why we can't use "he and her" ? what is the subject of sentence?

First of all, your sentence does not have a subject.


"There is not between him and her." There cannot function as the subject.

If you meant "This is between him and her." Then this is the subject and him and her are objects of the preposition between.

He and she are the subject forms of these pronouns.
Him and her are the object forms.
