I help do the washing up.
I help do the washing up.
Would it be correct to say "I help WITH the washing up." too?

Yes, and 'I help doing the washing up' and 'I help washing up' and 'I help wash up'. So many possibilities - what an easy life you learners have

Well, that means that "help" can be connected either with an infinitive without "to" or with a gerund. (or infinitive (without to) + ing). Am I right?

This one, 'I help doing the washing up', doesn't sound quite right to me, Lenka.
I'm not a BrE user, but are you sure, Bob, that this is used in BrE?
With the addition of 'in' or 'with', it sounds more natural to me.
'I help in/with doing the washing up'.

Yup, but I think there's an implied comma:
"Even Laura helped, doing the washing up."
