Default international markets

Can somebody help me.
I have to explain the composition of marketing mix:
1.Phase: Analysing and screening- matching the country and company needs
We choose a target market, than what kind of needs and wants are available there, and how can these wants and needs be satisfied.
2.Phase: Adapting the marketing mix to the target market
Marketing mix referred to as 4 Ps: product, price, promotion and place
3.Phase: Developing the marketing plan
-to analyse the situation, objectives and goals, to select mode of entry, to check my budget
4 Phase: Implementation and control

and to say how may be this different for international markets
I don't know, if you know, it will be greatful, thank you sooo much

I'm not sure I understand your question exactly, but in the marketing mix, the word 'place' is usedd- doesn't that imply that different market may be different?
