| Is it someone you've met before? In that case, you could say 'Sorry, I've forgotten your name. Who is it I'm talking to again?' Or - depending on the level of formality (this is pretty colloquial) - instead of the first sentence you could say 'Sorry, I've got a memory like a sieve.' b |
