full hirsutism?
"The picture shows normal hair growth on the right, and full hirsutism on the left."
What does it mean by "full" hirsutism?

Re: full hirsutism?
for sooth, hirsute
a mohair suit...
I love that word. You probably won't come across it outside of medical texts and nasty jokes about another man's back-hair.
It just means "hairy", especially excessively hairy.
"Full hirsutism" is probably just overly erudite medical terminology. (but you have to memorize it for the exams anyway!)
