Not quite. "The favourite drink in Italy is coffee, especially Capuccino."

My preferred sentence would be "Coffee, and especially Capuccino, is the favourite drink in Italy."

My suggestion:

Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in Italy, especially capuccino.

or

My favourite drink in Italy is coffee, especially capuccino.

Depending on what you mean....
