I know better written English but i unable to communite with somebody
if anybody ask me to write i can write everything about particular topic.
Unable speak it with flow and get long plauses in betweens***********

should i need to practice English by hearting the sentences or
by contineous speaking within ourself in front of mirror.

Please suggest me a method by means i can improve my spoken english
and develop the fluency.
