Question business letter.

If you find any mistakes, can you correct them for me? Thanks in advance.

1.Thanks for your e-mail and clarification.

2.I believe the only outstanding action is the finalisation of the Delivery Schedule (Annex A) which should happen tomorrow, after which I shall arrange for the Amendment, as attached in your e-mail below, to be signed and sent to you asap.

The language seems to be too formal for the "asap" ending. I would spell out the abbreviation.
