    Default commas

    Hello,
This is my first day on this site. I've needed help with grammar my whole life, so I think I'm on the right site. I am nervous about sharing just how weak I am with my own language. Anyway, I need to get past this fear and ask for help.
I thought I would ask about "commas" First. When to use them and so on.

Any advice on getting started on this site, and where to start would be helpful. Thank you for your time.

Don't be embarrassed. It's never to late to learn. I'll give you a few web sites to get you started. Then, if you still have questions, you can come back.

    Hi Mike,
Thanks for getting back to me. I didn't know that anyone had read my post. I will check out the website that you sent me later today.

What's the best way to learn my way around the forum? I'm lost, lol! Are other people reading this? Thanks again.

I, and many others, try to read every post when we're here. If you post a message and nobody answers you, find that post and add another message. That will move it to the top of the list.
