could someone point the correctness of the following:

Adverbials
1) I'm going to meet her outside the royal cinema on monday at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. (order should be manner, place & verbs)

sentences turned into Passive voice
1) Did any one meet you at the airport?
Were you met at the airport?

2) Nobody met me at the airport.
I was not met at the airport.

3) People build houses of bricks & cement.
a) Houses are built with bricks and cement.
b) Cement and bricks are used to buld houses.

Which one is correct? a or c

4) Someone has done everything.
Everything has been done? OR everything had been done?

CONJUCTIONS
1) Unless you tell me the truth, I shall punish you.
2) Until you tell me the truth, I shall punish you.
which one is correct?

That's correct, as far as I can see. The adverbials are of place and time; there is no adverbial phrase of manner here.

You mean "a or b", don't you? They are both correct, they just emphasise different things. The first is the answer to the question "What are houses built with?" and the second is the answer to the question "What are cement and bricks used to build?"

4) Someone has done everything.
Everything has been done? OR everything had been done?

What is the tense in the original? Present perfect. So you need the passive voice of the present perfect tense, which is "has/have been" plus the past participle: "has been done".

1) Unless you tell me the truth, I shall punish you.
2) Until you tell me the truth, I shall punish you.
which one is correct?

Both, but they mean different things. The first means: "I will give you a chance to tell me the truth. If you do not tell me the truth, I will punish you." The second means: "I will continue to punish you. I will only stop when you tell me the truth."
