correct sentence

Please tell me whether my sentence is correct,if it is incorrect,then please give correct sentence with some examples.

We have no dearth of good boys in this school.or
We have no shortage of good boys in this school.

Both are grammatical. Perhaps "shortage" is a more widely known word

"Dearth" is a bit dated. It can be used for effect in some situations, but it is not a commonly used word.
