I made myself 2 emails addresses. i don't know which is the correct form:

A good deal for all
essentially, i am asking, which one to use.
i would appreciate some guidance.
The second sounds better for me, but I don't see how it connects to the part about emails.
The first sentence should have "2 e-mail addresses".
