Which one of the following sentences is correct?

I am sorry about not getting to you.
I am sorry for not getting to you.

Hi ,

The adjective "sorry" can take after it the following :

Sorry that...."phrase"......
Sorry to V.
Sorry for ...
Sorry about....

Hence , both sentences are corect.

Did you mean "getting back to you"?

no, i meant "coming to you" by saying " getting to you"
