Would you please tell me in which context can we find the expression 'prim and proper'?
Would you have an example for me, please ?

'Prim and proper' describes someone who is very polite, formal and does things properly. They are usually neat and tidy. Think of Mary Poppins - she was very prim and proper.
"The lady of the house was very prim and proper".
