    Default skin - complexion

I wonder whether there is a difference between these two words: skin and complexion... Can I use it in the same way?

(btw, could I say both "I wonder IF there is a... ? Could you correct my English, please?)

Skin has a much broader meaning than complexion. The two words overlap when the discussion is about the appearance or quality of the skin, particularly the skin of the face.

Yes, you can substutute "if" for "whether" there.
