Default i'm again here with a new problem!!!

Which one of following sentences sounds more polite. And do I need to put “the” before “school”?
Your child is unable to write. Kindly pay a visit to school.
Your child is unable to write. Kindly call in on school.

I like:

Your child is unable to write. Please call or visit the school.

There are other equally correct and polite ways to say this.

Aren't the sentences written above grammatically correct? Some one told me that the first one sounds informal while the other formal. And why have you added "the" before "school". Could you please explain it to me. I'll so thankful to you.

We use the article the for clarity, so the reader knows which school you mean. Call in on... is not good idiomatic English. Also, please is more widely used than kindly.

Gramatically correct sentences can contain non-standard or unclear usages.
