To what extent computer-assisstant language learning can serve in promoting the learner's autonomy?is it basic need for autonomous learners?

You can be an autonomous learner without it. Also, to be an autonomous learner using IT, you have to have the necessary skills, so those without them will not become autonomous learners. Those with the skills and the opportunities to use them may well do so.
