Default Too much technical?

Hi friends. I'm wondering if it's OK to say "It's too much technical."
Is the phrase incomplete? Correct me if I'm wrong:

IMHO, you use "too much", then you need to complete the phrase...
Maybe it's too much technical knowledge.
Maybe it's too much technical stuff.
Maybe it's too much technical info.
Maybe it's too much technical language.

I find OK to use only "technical" but without "much":
"It's too technical".

Or "much too" instead of "too much":
"It's much too technical"

You're right on the more elaborate forms, Ksequen and this would almost certainly never been seen in writing, unless it was a novel or something like that. But in speech, I can/could easily envision someone saying that as a quick putdown or a sharp retort.
