    Default Problem

"What I’m saying on the other side is, would those people who do wear the veil think about the implications for community relations," he said.

I have often come across the word "implications",but I have not been able to understand its meaning. Please explain its meaning by giving detailed examples.

Please also explain the expression "with all the caveats"

    Thanks.

    Default Re: Problem

    It means affect/impact
A caveat is like a warning, so if, say, a policy has caveats, then under certain circumstances it might not work successfully.
