how to differentiate lot of and lots of? and what is the meaning of each one?
could you show me please.

They mean the same:
She has lots of money.
She has a lot of money.

Hi,
I think they belong to different registers; lots is colloquial, a lot is neutral.

Hello Humble,
What about the difference based on whether used for Contable or Non-countable?

They can be used with either. "A lot of" and "lots of" can mean much or many.

He has a lot of/lots of money. (noun-count, much)
He has a lot of/lots of cats. (countable, many).
