capitalization?

hello!
my qustions is whether to use capitalized letter for a position or a department as follows:
1.I am currently working for LS industrial systems as an [b]electrical engineer in the design team. ( or as an Electrical Engineer in the Design Team)
also, when you find any grmmatical mistakes, could you please correct them?
1. we need at least couple of days to prepare all the data you need.
2.So I am hoping that we can hand it to you by the end of this week.
3.My apologies to you for the delay in responding because my computer was out of order.( or my computer broke down. which sounds better?)
4.I am mainly responsible for generating Photovoltaic system Development

1. If LS Industrial Systems is a company, all the words should be capitalized.
I would not capitalize electrical, engineer, design, or team.

1. We need at least a couple....

2. I am hoping that we can deliver it....

3. Either is OK.

4. If you capitalize Photovoltaic and Development, also capitalize System. However, I'm not sure they require capitalization.
