Smile mind boggling

Can the words "mind blowing" and "mind boggling" be used interchangably. I hope the meaning of both the words is same. The meaning, varying according to the context, sometimes conveys the sense of "shock", sometimes "surprise" and sometimes "satisfaction". Will somebody throw light on this with examples, please.

They can both be used for "intellectually overwhelming".
