Default New Year's Resolutions

People make up a list of things they would like to do in a new year. This list may look like:

1. No smoking.
2. No drinking.
3. No gambling.
4. Do exercise.
5. ...

Do I say,

1. My New Year's Resolutions.
2. My New Year's Resolution.
3. My New Year Resolutions.
4. My New Year Resolution.

Do I ask,

1. Are you going to make a New Year's Resolution?
2. Are you going to make New Year's Resolutions?

Thanks. BMO

You'll see it with and without the apostrophe. Whether it is singular or plural depends on the number of resolutions. I don't make them- that way I can't break them.

Thanks, I got it. Each item is a resolution, and a resolution is not a list of items. Thanks. BMO

Don't tell the truth to your friends. No matter what telling white lies is good to keep friendship.
