Default what are these meaning ??

hello all
I'm a student of English language
but still my language not well

i have some sentences I would like from you to explain them

Business is Business
Let bygones be bygones
Enough is enough
War is war
A girl is a girl
Life is life
A father is a father
A war is a war

All of these share a common feature. Basically, it means things are what they are. Don't expect them to be different than they are.
