Hi, Souna,
Nobody has answered you, because your question is not clear. What kind of picture ? What's the purpose?

Are you thinking about describing pictures in interviews for exams?

Hi souna
.
It sounds like your teacher wants you to practice using some of the things you've learned in class and also to practice speaking.
So, the main things are:
.
- You need to have all the necessary vocabulary (nouns, verbs, adjectives, etc.)
- You must be able to put the vocabulary into good sentences
- You also have to be able to pronounce everything correctly
.
Choose a picture that you think you have enough vocabulary for. For example, you could choose a picture of your family and explain and describe all the people in the picture. Look up any words you don't know in a dictionary.
.
There isn't really any single "right way" to describe a picture. But, for example, you should probably use plenty of adjectives (they help describe what things look like) and prepositions (to describe where things are in the picture).
.
Why don't you choose a picture first, write a few sentences about it here, and then maybe we can give you more specific suggestions.
.

Make sure you're clear about prepositions for locating things in the picture:
On the right/left
In the middle
In the foreground/background

Philly's suggestion of a picture of your family is a good one- it's easy to talk about them. Describe who they are, what they look like (expressions, etc), what the event was where the picture was taken.
