Make or Do

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have searched the web , however, I could not find a list of DOs and MAKEs.
I am in need of a list rather than meanings such as a list of irregular verbs. To extent I can say , do a favor not make a favor but make a cake not do a cake.

The main difference is:

make = create something
do = perform an action.
