Re: difference between Present perfect and present perfect continuous
As much as I know, the present perfect tense tells about the result in the present of an action in the recent past and the progressive aspect tells about the ongoing action itself in the present.

With the present perfect, the action is complete; with the present perfect continuous, the action began in the past but has not yet been completed.
I have read that book. (finished)
I have been reading that book. (still reading)
