Default At home and abroad ?

I read some Vietnamese newspapers which are written in English. When they say a Vietnamese business want to expand not only in Vietnam but also in other countries, they used "attempt to expand the company's market at home and abroad".

Is "at home and abroad" the way a native writer will write ? Should it be "domestically and internationally" ? How would you, native speakers, usually express this idea ?

Thanks in advance, teacher.

In a newspaper, I think it's OK. The company themselves might talk about domestic and overseas markets.
