Several problems

I've lately encountered several problems in colloquial English (I found those phrases in one media).

The native English says

1)" When do I get my money?"

I would say "When will(shall) I get my money?"

2) "They said you was important once"

I would say "They said you were important once"

Am I right?

What are these phrases? Errors? Dialect? Cockney English?

1- This is a common usage in British English, though many would prefer 'shall\will' there.
2- This is used by Cockneys and in other dialects, but most standard English speakers would consider it wrong. It would certainly be marked wrong in an ESL exam:
