Default the outdoor activities

I am just trying my luck to see if anyone here know the activities that are quite often to be used for building team spirit. It is often to be carried out like this. There are very difficult outdoor activities, which need the team members to find the solution and cooperate to achieve the goal. It could be climbing the wall with no sladders, or for a team member falling down backward with body stretched. I would like to know the general term for such activities. Great thanks!

Emily

Default Re: the outdoor activities

Personally, I call them "stupid" and "pointless," but that's just me.

Officially they're usually called "team-building exercises." And they don't always go as planned.
